Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green onions. Thinly slice green portions. Cut white portions into 1" lengths. Keep white and green portions separate.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups water and cornstarch. Set aside. -
2 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground pork, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning.Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Stir in half the yuzu sauce (reserve remaining for sauce) until combined, 2-3 minutes.Transfer pork to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, cabbage, white portions of green onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and carrots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.
Stir in corn until heated through, 1-2 minutes. -
4 Add the Sauce
Add cornstarch mixture, ramen base, and remaining yuzu sauce to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce is slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes. -
5 Add Noodles and Pork and Finish Dish
Add noodles and pork to hot pan. Stir occasionally until coated and heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
