- 8 oz. Shrimp
- 2 oz. Basil Pesto Butter

- ½ oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ oz. Flour
- 2 tsp. Garlic Pepper

Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Cook Pasta and Prepare Ingredients
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes.
Remove from burner. Reserve 1 1/2 cups pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside. Wipe pot clean and reserve.While pasta cooks, coarsely chop spinach.Pat shrimp dry and season all over with garlic pepper. -
2 Cook the Shrimp
Return pot used to cook pasta to medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shrimp to hot pot. Cook until pink and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Transfer shrimp to a plate. Keep pot over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Make the Sauce
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and flour to hot pot. Stir until no dry flour remains.
Add 1 cup reserved pasta cooking water and cream base. Stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes. -
4 Add the Spinach
Add spinach, a pinch of salt, and garlic salt to hot pot. Stir occasionally until spinach is wilted and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.
If too thick, add additional reserved pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. -
5 Add Pasta and Shrimp and Finish Dish
Add pasta, shrimp, and butter to hot pot. Stir occasionally until butter is melted and pasta is coated, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
