  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Cook the Noodles

Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.

Remove from burner. Reserve 1 cup noodle cooking water. Drain noodles in a colander/strainer and set aside. Wipe pan clean and reserve.

    While noodles cook, continue recipe.

  2. 2

Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce Mixture

If desired, pull strings from snow peas. Slice snow peas into 1/2'' pieces, on an angle.

    Stem cilantro; keeping leaves whole.

In a mixing bowl, combine orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), 1/3 the pho vegetable base (reserve remaining for steak strips), and 1/4 cup water. Set aside. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the orange ginger sesame sauce.

Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.

In another mixing bowl, combine steak strips, 1/4 tsp. salt, and remaining pho vegetable base.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak Strips

Return pan used to cook noodles to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add steak strips to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

Transfer steak strips to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.

Wipe pan clean and keep over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

Add 2 tsp. olive oil, snow peas, carrots, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 2-3 minutes.

Uncover; stir often until vegetables are tender, 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish Stir-Fry and Finish Dish

Add sauce mixture (to taste), noodles, steak strips, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the sauce mixture.

Stir often until combined and noodles are heated through, 3-4 minutes.

If too thick, add reserved noodle cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping stir-fry with sesame seeds, cilantro, and Sriracha (to taste). Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Sriracha. Bon appétit!
