Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Vegetables
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Make Bacon Topping and Prepare Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and bacon. Set aside.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt. -
3 Add the Corn
After 12 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Stir corn and white portions of green onions into potatoes and push to one side of sheet. Potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil.

4 Add the Chicken
Place chicken on empty side of baking sheet. Top evenly with bacon topping, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use caution.

5 Finish Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are golden-brown and tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and top chicken with BBQ sauce.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping vegetables with cheese, sour cream, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
