Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, 2 Tbsp. water, ground beef, pot roast seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
Place meatloaves on one half of prepared baking sheet.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ketchup, mustard (to taste), and brown sugar. Set aside. -
3 Add the Vegetables and Sauce
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Place broccoli and cauliflower on empty side of sheet. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 4 tsp. olive oil. Stir to combine. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Top meatloaves with ketchup mixture. Wipe bowl clean and reserve. -
4 Finish the Vegetables and Meatloaves
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven.While vegetables and meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
5 Make Cheese Sauce and Finish Dish
In reserved microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, 1/4 cup water, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until cheese has melted and sauce is heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir until smooth.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping vegetables with cheese sauce. Bon appétit!
