Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" slices on an angle. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.
Cut potatoes into 1" pieces.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for carrots), and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Start the Potatoes and Carrots
Place potatoes on one half of prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer on one side.
Place carrots on empty side of sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and remaining garlic salt. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
3 Add Chicken and Roast Meal
Push potatoes to 1/3 of sheet.
Push carrots to center of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Add chicken to now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Roast in hot oven until vegetables are fork-tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into potatoes until melted and combined.Stir honey into carrots until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal roasts, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Crema
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cheese spread and creme fraiche.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside. -
5 Crisp Bacon and Finish Dish
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Place bacon on towel-lined plate and spread into a single layer.
Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crema. Garnish with crispy bacon. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
