Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Halve potatoes (quarter if larger than a ping-pong ball).
Trim green beans, if necessary. Cut into 1" pieces.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and rotisserie chicken seasoning. -
2 Start the Potatoes
Place potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven until slightly browned, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
3 Add the Green Beans and Chicken
Add green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil , garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place chicken on now-empty side of sheet. -
4 Finish the Vegetables and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While vegetables and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine pesto and cream cheese.
Microwave uncovered until cream cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sauce. Garnish with goat cheese. Bon appétit!
