Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" coins. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.
Trim zucchini ends, quarter, and cut into 1" dice. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted. -
2 Roast the Carrots
Place carrots on prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into carrots and spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove sheet from oven. -
3 Add the Zucchini
Add zucchini, chimichurri seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to sheet with carrots. Stir to combine and push to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

4 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place on empty half of sheet.In a mixing bowl, combine pesto, tomatoes, and cheese. Evenly top chicken with pesto mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
5 Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with balsamic glaze (to taste). Bon appétit!
