Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Vegetables
Peel and cut sweet potato into 1" dice.
Place sweet potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While sweet potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions. -
3 Add the Broccoli and Peppers
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, garlic and parsley seasoning, and a pinch of salt to sheet. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
4 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with blackening seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with bacon, then cheese. -
5 Finish Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove sheet from oven and stir softened butter into vegetables until melted. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sour cream and green onions. Bon appétit!
