Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes.
Coarsely chop spinach.Stem and mince dill.Remove puff pastry from refrigerator. Remove any paper between puff pastry squares, if necessary, and halve lengthwise. If paper is sticking, place puff pastry in freezer until firm, 5 minutes. Return to refrigerator until later use. -
2 Make the Spinach Topping
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until melted, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir until combined. Set aside. -
3 Assemble the Vegetables
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
On prepared baking sheet, combine broccoli, potatoes, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and 2 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables and push to one side of sheet. -
4 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with remaining garlic salt and a pinch of pepper.
Remove puff pastry from refrigerator.Place chicken on empty side of sheet. Evenly spread spinach topping over chicken, then top with puff pastry, pressing gently to adhere. -
5 Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender, puff pastry has browned, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.Add dill to vegetables and stir until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping vegetables with feta. Bon appétit!
