Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Finely crush crispy peppers in shipping bag.In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pesto, and shredded cheese. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
3 Add the Green Beans
After 12 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven.
Push potatoes to 1/3 of sheet.Add green beans to center of sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into an even layer in center.Top potatoes and green beans evenly with ranch seasoning and gently toss to coat. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
4 Add the Chicken
Place chicken on empty side of sheet.
Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, then crispy peppers, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
5 Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
