Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Start the Potatoes

    Cut potatoes into 1" dice.

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 12 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Finely crush crispy peppers in shipping bag.

    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pesto, and shredded cheese. Set aside.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Add the Green Beans

    After 12 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven.

    Push potatoes to 1/3 of sheet.

    Add green beans to center of sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into an even layer in center.

    Top potatoes and green beans evenly with ranch seasoning and gently toss to coat. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Add the Chicken

    Place chicken on empty side of sheet.

    Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, then crispy peppers, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables.
