Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mince chives.Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with lemon n herb seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
2 Assemble the Broccoli and Salmon
Place broccoli on one half of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Place salmon, skin-side down, on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Roast the Broccoli and Salmon
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 14-16 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While broccoli and salmon roast, continue recipe. -
4 Heat the Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in pesto, 1 Tbsp. softened salted butter, and 1/4 tsp. salt until combined. Fluff rice with a fork.While rice microwaves, continue recipe. -
5 Make Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine creme fraiche, chives, lemon juice (to taste), 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salmon with crema. Bon appétit!
