- 1 tsp. Potato Spice Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Buttermilk-Dill Seasoning

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

1 Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, panko, mayonnaise, chimichurri seasoning, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Form turkey mixture into 16 equally-sized meatballs. -
3 Finish the Fries and Meatballs
After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Flip fries and push to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place meatballs on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil.Roast in hot oven until fries are golden-brown and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While fries and meatballs roast, continue recipe. -
4 Prepare Tomato and Make Crema
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.
In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 2 tsp. water. Set aside. -
5 Heat Naan and Finish Dish
Heat naan to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place naan directly on rack in hot oven. Toast until lightly browned, 5-7 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling flatbreads with spring mix, tomatoes, meatballs, then crema. Bon appétit!
