1 Microwave Instructions
Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain beef and pat dry. Although tenderloin will be pink upon arrival, it has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.
In provided tray, combine peppers, carrots, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drain any excess liquid. Add noodles, Asian garlic, ginger, and chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and 1/3 the orange ginger sesame sauce (reserve remaining for garnish). Mix well and top evenly with beef. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until warmed through, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, top with remaining orange ginger sesame sauce, wonton strips, and sesame seeds. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
