To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Reduce heat to medium-low. -
2 Add the Sauces
Add orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), yuzu dipping sauce, and mandarin oranges and their juice to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the orange ginger sesame sauce.
Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, flip chicken occasionally until evenly coated, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Fried Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add bacon and peas to hot pan. Stir often until bacon is crisp and peas are heated through, 1-2 minutes.Add rice and stir occasionally until heated through, 3-5 minutes.Add tamari soy sauce and stir often until combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner. While fried rice cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Broccoli and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine broccoli, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until broccoli is bright green, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Uncover and drain any excess liquid, if desired. Stir in sweet and thick soy sauce until combinedMicrowave again uncovered until broccoli is tender, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sauce from pan. Garnish fried rice with broccoli and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
