- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Medium Non-Stick Pan
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Plate
- 1 Peeler
- 1 Colander/Strainer

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel cucumber, if desired. Trim cucumber, halve length-wise, then cut into 1/2" half-moons.
Reserve 3 Tbsp. mandarin orange juice. Drain oranges in a colander/strainer and coarsely chop. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season all over with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3 Cook the Chicken
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
4 Add the Orange Juice
Add 2 Tbsp. reserved orange juice to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and juice is almost completely evaporated, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner. Transfer chicken to towel-lined plate.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
5 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, oranges, spinach, cashews, and dressing.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with chicken. Bon appétit!
