  • Chicken 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  • If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/2" strips. Bok choy can retain some grit, even after washing. To completely clean, hold upside down in a bowl of water. Shake slightly to release the grit.

Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add bok choy, carrots, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir often until tender, 5-7 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While vegetables cook, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add sliced pork and umami seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

Add Noodles and Sauce and Finish Dish

Add orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), vegetables, soy sauce, and noodles to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the orange ginger sesame sauce.

Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
