Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using diced chicken thighs, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add ground pork, white portions of green onions, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for noodles) to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers, carrots, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 6-8 minutes. -
4 Add Noodles and Finish Dish
Add noodles to hot pan with vegetables and stir occasionally until warmed through, 2-3 minutes.
Add pork, remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), minced garlic and parsley, teriyaki sauce, and orange sauce. Stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing noodles with green portions of green onions and walnuts.
