Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Vegetables
Place potatoes and carrots in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 6-9 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave.In one provided tray, combine carrots, potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Prepare the Salmon
Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with 1/2 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, panko, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.Place salmon, skin-side down, in second provided tray. Evenly top with mayonnaise, then panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.Wipe mixing bowl clean and reserve. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Crema
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are more tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, in reserved mixing bowl, combine creme fraiche, buttermilk-dill seasoning, lemon juice, and 2 tsp. water. Carefully remove both trays from oven and stir softened butter into vegetables. Tray and vegetables will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top salmon with crema. Halve potatoes, if desired. Bon appétit!
