Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Potatoes

    Quarter potatoes.

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, minced garlic and parsley, potato spice seasoning, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.

    Roast the Potatoes

    Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes, carefully remove from oven and gently toss. Sheet and potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Roast again in hot oven until browned and tender, 15-20 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Make Ranch Sour Cream and Finish Dish

    In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk-dill seasoning and sour cream. Set aside.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving ranch sour cream on the side for dipping. Bon appétit!
