Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Roast the Potatoes
Halve potatoes lengthwise.
Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until golden-brown and fork-tender, 18-20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Peach Mixture
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Zest and halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.In a mixing bowl, combine peach preserves and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Set aside.Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with fiesta seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. -
3 Assemble the Broccoli and Salmon
On one side of second prepared baking sheet, toss broccoli with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Place salmon on empty side of baking sheet, skin-side down. Evenly top salmon with peach mixture. -
4 Roast the Broccoli and Salmon
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While broccoli and salmon bake, continue recipe. -
5 Make Lemon Butter and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine cheese, softened butter, and 1/2 tsp. lemon zest.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with lemon butter. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
