If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until slightly browned, 35-40 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Crisp Bacon and Prepare Tomato
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add bacon to hot pan. Stir often until crispy, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner and transfer bacon to towel-lined plate. Wipe pan clean and reserve.While bacon crisps, core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds. -
3 Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, garlic pepper, and garlic salt. Form beef mixture into 4 equally-sized patties, 5" across.

4 Cook the Patties
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this burger, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Return pan used to crisp bacon to medium-high heat. Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until slightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Even top patties with cheese. Add 1 Tbsp water, cover, and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
5 Heat Rolls, Make Bacon Spread, and Finish Dish
Heat rolls to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place rolls directly on rack in hot oven, cut-side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.While rolls heat, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Add bacon and whisk to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, bacon spread, tomatoes, then top roll. Bon appétit!
