Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Start the Bolognese

    Evenly divide pasta, spinach, Bolognese, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper between provided trays. Stir to combine.

    Cover trays with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven.

    Finish the Bolognese

    Evenly divide mozzarella between trays and stir to combine.

    Evenly top both trays with zucchini (if you receive a whole squash, cut into 1/2" rounds), garlic salt, Italian seasoning, then Parmesan.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until zucchini is tender and pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven and stir to combine. Bon appétit!
