If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-9 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Drain and finely chop red peppers.
Pat chicken dry. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken and half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add cream cheese, pesto, shredded cheese, red peppers, 1/4 cup water, and remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, remove from burner.While sauce cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Heat flatbreads to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add flatbreads to hot pan. Toast until slightly browned, 1-2 minutes per side.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling flatbreads with chicken mixture, spring mix, dressing, then crispy onions. Bon appétit!
