If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel sweet potatoes, if desired, and cut into 1" dice.
Place sweet potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While potatoes microwave, pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and savory seasoning. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side. Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner and transfer pork chops to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender and slightly browned, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in softened roasted garlic & herb butter until combined.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook pork to medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp. water, demi-glace, cranberry sauce, sugar, and cranberries to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce is slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in softened plain butter until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sauce. Bon appétit!
