  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Mince chives.

  2. 2

    Form the Meatballs

In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, panko, half the ranch seasoning (reserve remaining for crema), and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for broccoli). Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs.

  3. 3

    Cook the Meatballs

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan and roll occasionally until meatballs are browned and reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While meatballs cook, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Cook the Broccoli

Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated and broccoli is tender, 4-6 minutes.

Uncover and season with remaining garlic salt. Top with cheese. Cover and let melt, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

  5. 5

Crisp Bacon, Make Crema, and Finish Dish

Line a plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.

In another mixing bowl, combine remaining ranch seasoning, sour cream, and 1 tsp. water.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with crema and chives and garnishing broccoli with crisped bacon. Bon appétit!
