Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

    Season the Vegetables

    Place broccoli and cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables. Spread into an even layer.

    Roast Vegetables and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are fork-tender and edges begin to brown, 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

    While vegetables roast, place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-45 seconds.

    Carefully remove vegetables from oven and butter from microwave. Stir melted butter into vegetables. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
