-
If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.
-
1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick wedges and pat dry.
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with steak seasoning and 1/4 the garlic salt (reserve remaining for potato wedges and broccoli). Steak coloration may vary upon arrival due to packaging processes; steak quality and flavor will not be impacted. -
2 Roast the Potato Wedges
Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and half the remaining garlic salt (reserve remaining for broccoli). Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven until golden-brown, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through. While wedges roast, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Steaks
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes. While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
4 Start the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Alternatively, reserve half the raw broccoli for snacking/serving on the side.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add broccoli, 1/4 cup water, and remaining garlic salt to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. -
5 Finish Broccoli and Finish Dish
Evenly top broccoli with cheese.
Cover until melted, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with softened butter. Bon appétit!
