Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel sweet potatoes, if desired. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2" wedges.
Combine sweet potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, 14 spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Roast in hot oven until tender, 18-20 minutes, flipping once and topping evenly with cheese halfway through.
Carefully remove from oven. -
3 Finish the Dish
