1 Assemble the Casserole
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine carrot and celery blend and 2 tsp. water. Cover with a damp towel.
Microwave covered until slightly tender, 3-5 minutes.While carrot and celery blend microwaves, pat chicken dry.Carefully remove from microwave. Place chicken and carrot and celery blend in prepared casserole dish. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, savory seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into a single layer. Carrot and celery blend will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Bake Meal and Add Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, drain potatoes in a colander/strainer.After 20-25 minutes, carefully remove casserole dish from oven.Add flour and stir until no dry flour remains. Casserole dish will be hot! Use a utensil.Stir in poultry seasoning, chicken base, cream base, cream cheese, potatoes, peas, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and 1 cup water until combined. Casserole dish will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. -
3 Add Biscuits and Finish Meal
Break biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
Place butter in another microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in 2 tsp. olive oil and biscuits until combined. Evenly top chicken mixture with biscuit mixture.Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken mixture is bubbling and biscuits are slightly toasted, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Bon appétit!
