If using ground beef, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare the Butternut Squash
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. olive oil and butternut squash.
Microwave uncovered until slightly tender, 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. -
2 Start the Risotto
Evenly divide butternut squash, garlic salt, sausage, spinach, and lemon n herb seasoning between both provided trays.
Stir 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of pepper into each tray until combined, breaking sausage into bite-sized pieces. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until butternut squash is tender and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
3 Finish Risotto and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Evenly divide rice, cream base, cream cheese, and shredded cheese between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until rice is heated through, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Trays will be hot!
