Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Cook the Italian Sausage
Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add sausage to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. -
2 Add the kale and bacon
Add kale and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir often until kale is wilted, 4-6 minutes.
Add bacon and lemon n herb seasoning. Stir occasionally until combined and bacon is crispy, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Start the Pasta
Add pasta, cream base, and tomatoes to hot pan with sausage. Stir occasionally until combined and pasta is heated through, 3-5 minutes.

4 Finish Pasta and Finish Dish
Add cream cheese, creme fraiche, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and sauce has slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
If too thick, add water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
