If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Peanut Sauce
Coarsely chop peanuts.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, 1/3 cup water, and garlic sesame sauce. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning. Season both sides of chicken with 1/4 tsp. salt, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and sesame seeds. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bok choy, edamame, white portions of green onions, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 4-5 minutes. -
4 Add Peanut Sauce and Noodles and Finish Dish
Add peanut sauce to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add noodles and a pinch of salt. Stir often until coated and noodles are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with chicken. Slice chicken, if desired. Garnish with yuzu dipping sauce, peanuts, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
