-
If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.
-
1 Prepare the Chicken
If you received raw pasta, bring 8 cups water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, cook until al dente, 8-13 minutes. Remove from burner. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Evenly top one side with sesame seeds, pressing gently to adhere. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bok choy and edamame to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Add Sauce and Noodles and Finish Dish
Add garlic sesame sauce, ramen base, sambal (to taste), and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the sambal. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add noodles (or pasta cooked in Step 1; if you received raw pasta) and stir occasionally until coated, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodle mixture with chicken. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
