  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  • If using steak strips, follow same instructions.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.

Peel carrot, if desired. Trim and cut into 1/4" slices on an angle. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.

Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

Alternatively, reserve half the raw carrots for snacking/serving on the side.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add bell peppers, carrots, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.

Add 1/4 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 3-5 minutes.

Uncover; stir often until vegetables are slightly tender, 2-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the Pork

Add 1 tsp. olive oil, pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the Sauces and Noodles

Add ramen pork base, orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), soy sauce, noodles, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir often until combined and noodles are heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

While sauces and noodles cook, continue recipe.

  5. 5

Prepare Green Onions and Finish Dish

Trim and thinly slice green onions.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodle mixture with green onions. Bon appétit!
