Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/2 tsp. salt.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add half the sesame oil (reserve remaining for vegetables). Working in batches if necessary, add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/2" strips.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers, carrots, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are slightly tender, 6-8 minutes.Add bok choy, white portions of green onions, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir ocasionally until bok choy is tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in remaining sesame oil and half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for sesame honey sauce) until combined.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice, Make Sesame Honey Sauce, and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch, sesame seeds, 2 tsp. water, and remaining soy sauce.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging. Place rice in another microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt and fluff rice with a fork.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sauce and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
