To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using diced chicken thighs, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/2" strips. Bok choy can retain some grit, even after washing. To completely clean, hold upside down in a bowl of water. Shake slightly to release the grit.
Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bok choy, carrots, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir often until tender, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Pork
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add sliced pork and umami seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
4 Add Noodles and Sauce and Finish Dish
Add orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), vegetables, soy sauce, and noodles to hot pan. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the orange ginger sesame sauce.
Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
