If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start the Sweet Potatoes
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1" dice.
Place sweet potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While sweet potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Mince chives.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil and savory seasoning. -
3 Add the Chicken
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push sweet potatoes to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place chicken on now-empty side of sheet. -
4 Finish Sweet Potatoes and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until sweet potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir softened butter into sweet potatoes until melted. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with half the balsamic glaze (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and garnish sweet potatoes with cheese and pecans. Top dish with chives.
