If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using trout, pat dry. Add trout, skin-side up first, to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 2 tsp. olive oil. Cook until trout reaches minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Start the Vegetables
Quarter potatoes.
Stem and mince tarragon.Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. tarragon (reserve remaining for panko mixture). Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic and lemon basil, panko, 1/2 tsp. reserved tarragon (remaining is yours to use as you please!), a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Set aside.Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic salt. -
3 Assemble the Vegetables and Salmon
After 15 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven.
Stir tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into potatoes until combined. Push vegetables to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place salmon on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Spray with cooking spray. -
4 Finish Vegetables and Salmon and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are fork-tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top salmon with softened butter. Bon appétit!
