Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Reduce heat to medium and transfer turkey to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
2 Cook the Butternut Squash
Add 2 tsp. olive oil to hot pan.
Add butternut squash and 1/4 cup water. Cover and stir occasionally until tender and lightly browned, 8-12 minutes.If pan is dry, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, as needed.Uncover and stir in 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper until combined. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add 1/2 cup water, cream cheese, garlic salt, and cream base to hot pan. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until cream cheese is melted and thoroughly combined, 2-3 minutes.
Once simmering, stir in Parmesan until combined and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Add the Turkey and Pasta
Add turkey and pasta to hot pan.
Stir occasionally until pasta is coated and heated through, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While pasta heats through, continue recipe. -
5 Toast Panko and Finish Dish
Combine panko and butter on a microwave-safe plate. Spread into an even layer.
Microwave until panko is golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with toasted panko. Bon appétit!
