Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Assemble the Broccoli and Chicken

    Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.

    Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands. Place broccoli in one prepared tray. Toss with garlic and parsley seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, remaining garlic salt, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Place chicken in second prepared tray.

    Bake Meal and Add Sauce

    Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup water, chicken base, bacon, a pinch of pepper, and cream base.

    Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution.

    Stir sauce into chicken tray.

    Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is heated through, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While chicken bakes, continue recipe.

    Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Meal

    Place mashed potatoes and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.

    Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce from tray. Bon appétit!
