If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.
-
If using filet mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.
-
1 Cook the Pork
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Transfer pork to a plate and tent with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve. While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Cut broccoli into 1" pieces.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 6-8 minutes.Uncover and add half the garlic salt and half the roasted garlic and herb butter (reserve remaining of both for rice). Stir occasionally until melted and combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner. -

Stir occasionally until leeks are slightly tender, 1-2 minutes.Add flour and stir often until no dry flour remains. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp. thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, mushroom base, and creme fraiche. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until sauce is slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes. If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. While sauce cooks, continue recipe. -
