To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/2"-thick fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 28-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce
Trim cucumber and thinly slice into rounds.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and half the lemon juice (reserve remaining for patties). Set aside. -
3 Form and Cook the Patties
In another mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chimichurri seasoning, remaining lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Working in batches if necessary, add patties to hot pan and cook until burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Transfer patties to a plate and set aside. Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
4 Toast Buns and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook patties to medium heat. Add buns, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan and toast until golden-brown, 30-60 seconds.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, sauce, cucumbers, cheese, and top bun. Serve garlic aioli on the side for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
