To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Start the Shrimp and Vegetables
Pat shrimp dry.
Evenly divide shrimp, mixed peppers, slaw mix, and minced garlic and chili pepper (use less if spice-averse) between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the minced garlic and chili pepper.Evenly top both trays with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Add Sauce and Bake Meal
Evenly divide garlic sesame sauce and soy sauce between both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice, Make Crumble, and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in softened butter and a pinch of salt until combined. Fluff rice with a fork. If you receive ghee, simply use in place of butter.While rice microwaves, finely crush wonton strips.In a mixing bowl, combine wonton strips and sesame seeds.To serve, top rice with shrimp mixture (to taste). Garnish with wonton-sesame crumble. Bon appétit!
