Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare the Noodles and Spinach
Evenly divide spinach, noodles, and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays. Cover both trays with foil.
Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the noodles and spinach. -
2 Start Meal and Add Sauce
Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and uncover.Evenly divide onion salt, cream cheese, Bolognese, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover trays with foil. -
3 Make Herbed Ricotta and Finish Meal
Bake again covered in hot oven until noodles and sauce are heated through, 13-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and chimichurri seasoning. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper into both trays until combined.To serve, top noodles with ricotta mixture. Garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
