-
If using chicken cutlets, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken thighs dry and season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside. While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Tomatoes
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil to hot pan.
Add tomatoes to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tomatoes soften, 3-5 minutes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions. -
3 Add the Orzo
Add spinach (adding in batches, if necessary) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until wilted, 1-2 minutes.
Add orzo and stir occasionally until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Add cream base and chicken base. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. -
4 Add Chicken and Finish Dish
Once simmering, add chicken and any accumulated juices to hot pan. Stir often until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
If too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner and stir in garlic salt until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping orzo with cheese. Bon appétit!
