Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into fries. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until golden-brown and tender, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven and stir in black garlic seasoning until combined. Sheet and fries will be hot! Use a utensil.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. water, panko, ramen base, ground pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter.

3 Toast the Rolls
Spray cut-sides of rolls with cooking spray.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat.Add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until slightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Reduce heat to medium and transfer rolls to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
4 Cook the Patties
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until slightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
5 Make Slaw and Sriracha Mayonnaise and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine dressing and slaw mix. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine Sriracha (to taste) and mayonnaise. Set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, slaw, Sriracha mayonnaise (to taste), then top roll. Bon appétit!
