To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Toast Panko and Make Pesto Cream
Combine panko and 1/2 tsp. olive oil on a microwave-safe plate. Spread into a single layer.
Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave. Set aside.While panko toasts, in a mixing bowl, combine pesto, creme fraiche, a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. water. Set aside. -
2 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt. Steak coloration may vary upon arrival due to packaging processes; steak quality and flavor will not be impacted.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan. Cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Zucchini
Trim zucchini ends and cut into 1/4" slices on an angle.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add zucchini and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned and tender, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. Evenly top with cheese. Cover and set aside until melted.While zucchini cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
Place mashed potatoes and garlic salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir in softened cream cheese until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with pesto cream. Slice steak, if desired. Garnish zucchini with panko. Bon appétit!
