If using chicken cutlets, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Start Potatoes and Prepare Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until slightly tender, 6-8 minutes.While potatoes microwave, stem and coarsely chop thyme.Pat steaks dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.Carefully remove potatoes from microwave and drain any excess liquid. -
2 Cook the Steaks
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
3 Finish the Potatoes
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add microwaved potatoes to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 8-10 minutes.Add potato spice seasoning, spinach, cream base, cheese, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir often until spinach is wilted and combined, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Garlic Thyme Butter and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, 1/2 tsp. thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
