Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush peanuts.
Trim green beans, if necessary. Cut into 2" pieces.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add ground pork, ginger, and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until pork is slightly browned, 3-4 minutes.
Pork will finish cooking in a later step.Drain any excess liquid from pan. Pan will be hot! Use caution.Stir in half the soy sauce (reserve remaining for rice) until combined, 30-60 seconds. -
3 Add the Green Beans and Sauces
Add green beans, garlic sesame sauce, yuzu dipping sauce, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, cover and stir occasionally until green beans are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While pork mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add rice and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until rice is heated through, 3-5 minutes.Add remaining soy sauce and stir often until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork mixture with sesame seeds and green portions of green onions. Garnish rice with peanuts. Bon appétit!
